Born in the late 30s, drummer Clem Cattini has played on over forty UK number one singles and countless hit records. He has worked with The Kinks, Lou Reed, Lulu and Robert Plant, among many others. Clem knows all about rhythm and the importance of heart health, having suffered a heart attack in 2002.
As a drummer, a change in beat can make a dramatic difference to how a record feels. The same could be said for your heart rhythm. As we get older, it is important to take a moment to listen to your heart rhythm, as this can make a real difference to your risk of stroke.

Your heartbeat is the most important rhythm in your life. If you have been diagnosed with AF or think you may have an irregular heartbeat it is vital you talk to your doctor to make sure you’re doing everything you can to reduce your risk of stroke. That’s why Hey You is so important, because spreading the word about AF could save lives.
